About the Role
As a Senior Carer, your primary responsibility will be to support the Registered Nurse and other care team members in assessing and providing tailored, personalised care to the individuals under your care. You will also be in charge of leading a team of care colleagues and learners.
In addition to providing quality care, it will also be your responsibility to ensure that all regulatory requirements for safety and quality are met and that the facility meets the expectations set forth by CQC.
Good communication skills are crucial in this role. You will be expected to demonstrate a diverse range of communication techniques while exhibiting respect, dignity, and compassion towards those in your care.

- Possession of a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in healthcare
- Displaying warmth, enthusiasm, and compassion while providing care
- Adherence to our staff values and effective communication skills at all times
- A deep sense of motivation towards helping every individual (both colleague and service user) reach their full potential while treating them with respect and dignity
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills that are marked by respect, dignity, and compassion
- As an experienced member of the team, you will be expected to motivate and lead others, serving as a positive role model and leading by example.
